Data Processed

When you contact ArbIQ by email, the information you provide is processed to respond to your inquiry and manage the business relationship. Hosting providers may process technical access logs such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type, and security events.

Purpose

Data is processed to operate the website securely, respond to business inquiries, prepare offers, deliver services, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Business correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, contractual relationship, or legal obligation.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about personal data processed by ArbIQ. Requests can be sent to hello@arbiq.ch.

AI Project Data

When ArbIQ delivers software or AI-enabled services, project data provided by a client is processed only for the agreed business purposes set out in the relevant contract. It is not sold, and it is not used to train third-party AI models without explicit agreement. Where AI tools are used to deliver a service, ArbIQ selects providers and configurations appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and the terms agreed with the client.
